This is a Playstation 2 Emulator that is by far superior to all other PS2 Emulators released before it. Running between 30fps and 80 fps on my current system, it definately allows you to play through just about any game enjoyably even if you don't have a PS2. Every Bios file that you could need for emulation is included, as well as detailed directions (in the NFO) on how to get it up and running the best on YOUR system, and what to do depending on your OS.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
Processor: 2.8ghz or Higher Pentium 4 HT or better RECCOMENDED!
Ram: 768mb or Higher
Video Card: 128mb gddr3 or higher (meaning 256mb gddr2 would be sufficient) this is the lowest I have tested myself
Operating System: Windows XP (or any NT based windows OS) reccomended, Instructions are included for windows 98 or non-NT, however regardless of system specs it will run slower on those.

Go through all of the settings windows (Config menu, after the first seperator)
And make sure everything fits your PC. Especially underneath the CPU settings
Make sure that if you have HT, that HT is checked, and if you are Dual Core,
check that. Check the HT box even if you have dual core without HT, the speed
