        PLOT:

        Chin Tien Wei has been elected as chief of the Martial World after

        Another RareScope release. As usual, don't expect stellar quality
        from this one. Altho it's actually not so bad, just some missing
        frames here and there. And yep. JC has a small uncredited part in
