created frames are for all intents and purposes 'unique' frames. Attempting
to ivtc a movie like this only leads to bad ivtc, where frames are missing and
the telecined 'fuzzy' frames still persist because the software cannot detect
and deconstruct them. This is a long explanation, but we believe any nuker
worth their weight in salt will understand the gist of it.
