Plot Outline: Mr. Bean wins a trip to Cannes where he unwittingly separates 
              a young boy from his father and must help the two come back 
              together. On the way he discovers France, bicycling, and true 
              love, among other things.

Note: Was not sure how to tag this, as the audio is from our cam, which
      was taken from a russian source and our own audio, which is better
      than most so called "direct" audio recently. So we tag without "LINE",
