Special Branch tracks the entry of a Serbian war criminal while a military convoy is attacked - and the exiles responsible stockpile enough arms to start a small war. While Tom keeps trying to make things right with Ellie, he and the team race to discover their enemy's final target.

A burglary at Harry's home threatens to undermine a major international operation when a briefcase containing access codes to a smuggled weapon is stolen from his safe. Danny liaises with a French intelligence officer who is after the same weapon but can't act because it's being transported on British soil. Meanwhile the rest of the team tries to find a way to get into a secure corporate location to steal the weapon and salvage the original op (and Harry's career). To do this, they'll need a 'clean skin', someone with no connection whatsoever to the agency. Then their best option falls into their laps - the teenage member of the burglary crew.
