Plot:
As the movie opens, pharmaceutical company WilPharma has taken up the reins where Umbrella left off. The story begins in an airport, where we meet game heroine Claire Redfield, who is there to pick up a young Indian girl who has survived a zombie attack in her home country. Claire is part of an organization that helps survivors of biological terrorism—and it’s fortunate she’s there, as shortly after her arrival, a zombie outbreak begins. All hell breaks loose in one of the movie’s best setpieces, which reaches its climax when a plane crashes into the building, spilling out even more undead.

Тримата се борят със зомбитата в типичен за игровия жанр стил, като не се пропуска и задължителната последна сцена, когато героите се изправят срещу "боса" - огромно еднооко чудовище.
