In World War II Casablanca, Rick Blaine, exiled American and former freedom fighter, runs the most popular nightspot in town. The cynical lone wolf Blaine comes into the possession of two valuable letters of transit. When Nazi Major Strasser arrives in Casablanca, the sycophantic police Captain Renault does what he can to please him, including detaining Czech underground leader Victor Laszlo. Much to Rick's surprise, Lazslo arrives with Ilsa, Rick's one time love. Rick is very bitter towards Ilsa, who ran out on him in Paris, but when he learns she had good reason to, they plan to run off together again using the letters of transit. Well, that was their original plan....

ÛÛÛÛ NOTES: This is from the digitally remastered special edition R1 DVD that
ßÛÛÛ was recently released. VCDVaULT released a rip using the restored
ÛÛÛÛ° DVD, but it still had quite a bit of noise and flaws. This new
ßÛÛÛ° transfer is virtually noise free and extremely sharp, better than
ÛÛÛÛ± most of the newer movies actually. Discussed it with the ripper
ÛÛÛÛ± from vV and he agreed this need to be released. So here it is.
ÛÛÛÛ² The main movie audio was ran through besweet post gain, hybrid
ÛÛÛÛ² gain, and then normalized...no luck on making it louder. So
ÛÛÛÛ² you'll have to crank up your speakers becuase the volume is
ÛÛÛÛ² pretty low. Also there was no audio streams for outtakes and
²ÛÛÛÛ deleted scenes but there is hard subs for the deleted scenes.
