1. Относно инсталацията на играта се прави следното: зареждате имидж файла на играта с Daemon Tools като не обръщате внимание че дава грешка при ауторъна ..след това местите иконата на Startup.exe(на виртуакния диск) върху иконата на Loader.exe(в папката на пача) и се пуска Setup-a.
2. След инсталацията на играта: инсталирате XLiveRedist1.0.6027.msi и vcredist.msi от redists папката на виртуалния диск.
3. Копирате всичките файлове от папката на пача(без mf.dll) в папката на Halo 2.
4. Теглите си крака на razor 1911. Копирате MF.dll файла в директорията на Halo 2.
5. Копирате mf.dll от папката на пача в system32 папката на Windows --> "C:Windowssystem32"
6. В папката на Halo 2 местите иконата на halo2.exe върху иконата на Loader.exe и играта тръгва!!
Halo 2 Windows XP PatchInstallation Instructions:
1) Extract the archive.
2) Insert the Halo 2 DVD
3) Run Startup.exe on the Halo 2 DVD using the included Loader.exe
Ie.: Loader.exe D:Startup.exe
4) Install the game.
5) Install XLiveRedist1.0.6027.msi and vcredist.msi from the redists dir on the Halo 2 DVD.
6) Copy the following files into the directory you installed Halo 2:
dwmapi.dll, mf.dll, MFPlat.dll
7) Finished. To play the game, run halo2.exe using the included Loader.exe
Ie.: Loader.exe "C:Program FilesMicrosoft GamesHalo 2halo2.exe"
